Este díptico fílmico (Serpiente/Hápax y Tímpano/Búnker) indaga en la memoria política inscrita en el territorio y en los límites del lenguaje para abordar el trauma histórico. A través de una aproximación desde lo escultórico y un lenguaje híbrido entre el ensayo y la poesía, el film recorre distintos estratos del pasado rastreando las huellas de lo no dicho en el territorio.
Ecos de antiguas inscripciones que llegaron a la península en tiempos remotos dialogan aquí con episodios decisivos de la Guerra Civil española, tratando el paisaje como un material atravesado por la política. Ante el actual auge de los fascismos, este ejercicio de escucha se vuelve imperativo: una tentativa por dar forma a lo innombrable.

Produced in collaboration with Carlos Martin Rodriguez , this filmic diptych (Serpiente/Hápax and Tímpano/Búnker) delves into antifascist memory and the limits of language in addressing historical trauma. Through an approach to the sculptural and a hybrid language of essay and poetry, the film traverses different strata of the past, tracing the tracks of the unspoken within the territory.
Echoes of ancient inscriptions that reached the peninsula in remote times engage in dialogue here with decisive episodes of the Spanish Civil War, treating the landscape as a body marked by politics. In the face of the current rise of fascisms, this exercise in listening becomes imperative: an attempt to give form to the unnameable.
